Vivienne Walshe graduated with a BA in Acting from the highly regarded drama school, Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), whose alumni include Australia’s most popular performers, including Hugh Jackman. She has performed as an actress on every major stage in Australia. A published playwright, she is known for her distinctive, poetic writing style. She also writes for television and works as a script consultant for the screen. 

Six years ago, Vivienne began working as a writing advisor for students tackling their college essays. She has refined her approach and developed writing prompts that really delve into the student’s experience — where their own voice can emerge. Admissions officers know when they are reading AI, or when the parent has edited the essay! Vivienne has devised a program that helps students find their authentic voice and their skill for storytelling, but more importantly – helps prepare the student for their life at college.
